The journal uses a double blind peer review system (the names of the reviewers are hidden from the authors and the name of the authors are hidden from the reviewers). Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by two or more experts.
The Editorial Advisory Board designates, among its members and according to the specialization, one or two reviewers for each paper. Sometimes, a paper can be sent to the external specialists, depending on the scientific field of some papers , that are not part of the Editorial Advisory Board.
Reviewers, will present, to the editorial office, their conclusions regarding the paper's value. Reviewers are asked to recommend whether a manuscript should be accepted, revised or rejected.
Reviewers wiil provide an analysis of the paper , such as :a comparison to the present day status of knowledge in that particular field, an evaluation of the originality degree, an evaluation of the methodology and of the observance of deontology during research and paper elaboration .
Reviewers alert the editors if they suspect any issues relating to author misconduct or possible conflicts of interest .
Reviewers are asked to provide detailed, constructive comments that will help both the editors make a decision on the publication and the author(s) to improve their manuscript.
Authors of rejected papers will receive a written motivation for the rejection. Reviewing process is confidential.
Accepted papers will undergo language editing. Incorrect grammar, style or punctuation should not constitute a sufficient reason to reject a paper if it is still intelligible for the reviewer and its content warrants publication from a scientific point of view.
The English version will be reviewed by proof readers from the language point of view for minor errors and it will be resent to the author for translation revision in case of major errors.
Confidentiality Reviewers are asked not to distribute copies of the manuscript or use results contained in it without the authors' permission.
